Clothing CADS (Computer Aided Designs)

Clothing Cads are computer aided designs, (usually) created in Adobe Illustrator as vectors, and sometimes created in Adobe Photoshop, as bitmap images. These cads are best used as vectors, so that the pieces and shapes are editable and interchangeable, allowing the designer to come up with a series of different options when creating the layout of the garment. These type of cads are gathered together to create a full collection, or presentation. They are mainly used to submit designs to manufacturers as a colorway/fit/graphic guideline to produce the garments for sampling/production.
